Cast AI is seeking a French-speaking BDR in London to open the French market across EMEA. You will start conversations with engineering, DevOps, and cloud leaders in French and English, using research-driven outreach rather than templated messages.

You’ll join a scaling EMEA team alongside AEs, with a product that lands value quickly once conversations begin. Growth into AE roles or playbook development is possible.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English communication, written and spoken.
• Proven success in cold outbound with account research skills.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach across engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams.
• Strong value-prop articulation and multi-persona messaging.
• Detail-oriented pipeline management with CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open French and francophone markets in target accounts.
• Own and optimize outbound prospecting process and book of business.
• Draft personalized outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn; research accounts using LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo.
• Collaborate with AEs on territory plans and ICPs for France and region.
• Test messaging and campaigns; maintain CRM hygiene and feed marketing with insights.
