Social Factor is seeking Moderation talent with Arabic language experience for project-based, temporary or part-time work. Our client needs vary, with some roles 24/7, offering flexible schedules to fit busy lives.

The Community Moderator will help build and nurture digital communities for well-known brands, engaging users in English and Arabic, following brand voice guidelines, and using social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to mirror client voice and engage with users appropriately.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; follow guidelines and workflows.
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and develop growing digital communities for brands.
• Engage with users in real-time, answer questions and troubleshoot.
• Adhere to brand voice and moderation guidelines across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
