Impact Advisors is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead a 10-15 person nearshore AR team and drive cash collections for a healthcare provider system. The role requires regular travel to Mexico and potential expatriation for a year, partnering with US and Mexico leadership to optimize delivery models.

You will oversee daily AR operations, monitor metrics, coach staff, and align nearshore activities with client goals while ensuring compliance and high quality standards across locations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare Accounts Receivable, including follow-up, denials, and appeals.
• 1–2 years of AR team lead or supervisor experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, billing workflows, and payer behavior.
• Willingness to travel to Mexico for extended periods for leadership, onboarding and training.
