Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Financial/Management/Economy.
• 3+ years in a similar function.
• Experience in multinational company is desirable; GBS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CX Representatives and Specialists.
• Improve practices to optimize the customer journey.
• Contact customers with overdue balances and negotiate plans.
• Monitor aging reports and report to management on collections.
