Job summary

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Event & Membership Billing to lead billing operations for events, group business, and memberships. You will oversee invoicing, payments, aging, and reconciliations while collaborating with Sales, Catering, Membership, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely cash flow.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in AR/billing, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting.
• Hospitality, club, resort, or membership experience preferred.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred with strong billing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR & Billing Operations for events, group, and membership accounts.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, payment application, aging review, and reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively manage delinquent balances to improve cash flow.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with operational departments.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Support month-end revenue reconciliation and reporting.
