Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX, seeks an organized Accounts Receivable specialist responsible for compiling and billing group, guest, and member accounts under the Accounting Manager. This role ensures accurate posting and timely invoicing to support resort operations.

You will maintain billing records, prepare invoices for group business, social events, catering, and membership accounts, and ensure charges are properly documented.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a luxury or upscale hotel
• Strong customer service skills are required
• Must have working knowledge of a computer, credit card authorization machine, telephone and other office equipment

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Manage the daily processing and maintenance of group, guest, and member accounts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files.
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner for group business, social events, catering, and membership accounts.
• Review guest and member folios to ensure all charges are accurate and properly documented.
• Monitor direct-billed accounts and follow up after invoicing at 10, 20, and 30 days as needed.
• Attend pre-convention meetings and other meetings with group contacts to ensure billing requirements are understood.
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure billing information is accurate and timely.
