Evolving Solution Services in Tucker, GA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day management of customer receivables within SAP S/4HANA. You will process invoices and payments, apply cash, maintain customer accounts, and generate routine AR reports to support project delivery.

This role sits between entry-level and AR Analyst, offering growth into complex reconciliations, aging analysis, and revenue-related tasks while collaborating with Accounting and Project teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or AR-focused role.
• Working knowledge of debits/credits and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on recurring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer invoices, payments, and credit memos in SAP.
• Apply customer payments and resolve unapplied cash discrepancies.
• Support downpayment and milestone billing tracking for project-based contracts.
• Submit and track invoices through SAP Ariba and customer portals.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Monitor customer balances and assist with aging analysis and collections.
