Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an on-site role in Dallas, TX. The position offers hourly pay of $20-$24 plus annual bonus potential and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role focuses on building relationships with customers, resolving billing questions, and coordinating with sales and customer service to optimize collections. Training is provided, and a team of 8–10 AR professionals supports you.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident personality with strong people skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• 1+ years in AR, collections, billing, customer service, or sales preferred but not required.
• Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review open accounts and start collection efforts.
• Make outbound calls with warmth and professionalism, strengthening customer relationships.
• Resolve billing questions and disputes quickly with good service.
• Collect payments on time and follow up on payment arrangements.
• Spot delinquency trends and report to management.
• Prepare and send correspondence to encourage payment.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to coordinate collections.
