• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, aiming to reduce delinquency.
• Conduct daily collection calls and correspondence with customers.
• Process account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and credit notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate the collection process.
• Communicate and follow up with customers regarding their accounts.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, asset managers, and operations teams.
