Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with customer billing portals and e-invoicing platforms.
• Experience in a large corporation, preferably with $100M+ annual revenue.
• Experience in a global manufacturing or technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and monitor customer invoice portals and e-invoicing platforms.
• Submit customer invoices accurately and on time while complying with customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve invoice submission and portal issues.
• Support collections by researching balances and escalating unresolved issues.
• Manage shared Accounts Receivable mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, IT and other teams for onboarding and portal requests.
• Track portal activity and identify ways to improve billing processes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies impacting invoice submission and payments.
• Maintain documentation related to billing requirements and portal activity.
• Provide general support to the Accounts Receivable function as needed.
