LHH Recruitment Solutions in Dallas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage transaction-heavy workflows from customer POs through invoicing and cash application. You will also assist with purchasing and POs, coordinating shipping and freight to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow.

Formación

• Understand customer POs and cost vs. selling price.
• Order entry / order-to-cash experience.
• Know what must happen before an invoice can be issued.
• Exposure to purchasing and POs.
• Familiarity with billing portals, shipping and freight processes.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Identify discrepancies, not just process transactions.
• Adapt in a growing environment with overlapping responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate customer POs
• Order entry and order-to-cash processing
• Assist with purchasing and purchase orders
• Coordinate shipping, freight, and special customer requirements
• Ensure pricing and billing align with customer POs
• Prepare and process invoices
• Manage customer billing portals
• Perform cash application
• Research service billing and supporting documentation
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve order and billing questions
