• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong math, typing, and computer skills with bookkeeping software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review deposits and update records in SAGE.
• Prepare and deposit checks and update SAGE records.
• Review daily AR reports and forward to CEO.
• Audit customer portals for payments and process credit cards.
• Maintain and reconcile credit applications, invoices, refunds, and exchanges.
