Qualifications

• At least two years of accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or related accounting experience.
• Hands on NetSuite experience required.
• Hands on QuickBooks experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
• Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day to day accounts receivable activity and maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments across multiple payment methods.
• Generate invoices and ensure accurate, timely customer billing.
• Monitor aging and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Research discrepancies, unapplied cash, short payments, and account issues.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month end close.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment questions.
• Maintain clean and accurate AR data across NetSuite and QuickBooks.
• Identify opportunities to improve collections, reporting, and AR processes.
