Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR process including invoicing and payment application.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Conduct collections and communicate past-due invoices professionally.
• Create AR aging reports and saved searches; analyze accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist month-end close.
• Partner with internal teams to transition responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and workflows.
• Support other accounting activities in a small-team environment.
