Job summary

Schwickert's Tecta America in Savage, MN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, drive timely payments, and resolve discrepancies. You will coordinate mechanic's liens and releases as needed and document collection activity in Quickbase, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in accounts receivable or related accounting, experience in construction industry preferred, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Experience in the construction industry and mechanic's liens is preferred.
• Strong Excel and office skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for assigned accounts via email and phone as needed.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and lien-related items.
• Document collection efforts and account activity in Quickbase.
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end reconciliation.
