Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and match to PO and docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing; post payments and monitor aging.
• Assist month-end close and provide reconciliations and reports.
• Support process improvements and special projects.
