Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations and payment processing.
• Exposure to B2B collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments including cash, checks, ACH, wires, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Process credit card payments, refunds, sales adjustments, and customer returns.
• Perform account reconciliations and review monthly reconciliation reports.
• Manage B2B collections activities and customer account follow-up.
