Malin is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work with customers professionally to obtain payments for open receivables. The role requires being personable, energetic, a problem-solver, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include high-volume collection calls, customer service for unpaid invoices, processing refunds and account adjustments, and monitoring assigned accounts to reduce delinquency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience in high volume corporate collections.
• Knowledge of billing and collections standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle business-to-business collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced collections department.
• Provide customer service regarding collection of unpaid invoices and processing refunds.
• Process and review account adjustments and resolve customer discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts; work to reduce delinquency.
