fal is a growing AI startup building the infrastructure for enterprise and developers to scale generative media. We are hiring an AR Specialist to take full ownership of collections, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring clean revenue operations as we scale.

You will partner across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to keep the revenue engine running smoothly. You will design collection strategies, chase aging invoices, and automate where possible, all while maintaining strong

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
• Experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
• Solid grasp of AR processes, collections strategy, and cash application.
• Experience with an ERP/accounting system.
• Strong communicator and negotiator — comfortable picking up the phone.
• Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Own the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle: invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Monitor aging reports and chase outstanding invoices.
• Maintain clean customer records and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end close for AR and cash application.
• Design and execute collection strategies to shrink DSO and speed cash collections.
• Build relationships with customer AP teams to resolve payment delays.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate billing from the first invoice.
• Produce AR aging and collections reports for leadership; track DSO and overdue balances.
