fal is building a scalable revenue engine for a rapidly growing AI tools platform in San Francisco. We are hiring an AR Specialist to own the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle, from invoicing to collections, ensuring clean records and timely cash flow.

You’ll partner across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to drive process improvements and stronger controls. The role requires 3+ years in AR/billing/collections, experience with SaaS, and proficiency in AR automation tools (e.g.,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
• Experience with SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
• Strong communicator and negotiator.
• Familiarity with AR automation tools (e.g., Tesorio).

Responsibilities

• Own Accounts Receivable end-to-end lifecycle: invoicing, payments, reconciliation.
• Monitor aging reports and chase down outstanding invoices.
• Maintain clean customer records and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end close for AR and cash applications.
• Design and execute collection strategies to reduce DSO and accelerate cash.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate billing from first invoice.
