Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions and related tasks.
• Evaluate existing policies and recommend process improvements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Prepare cash receipts for processing and recordkeeping.
• Perform account reconciliations in a timely, accurate manner.
• Support collections efforts and collaborate with project managers.
