Job summary

Amphenol CIT seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to manage daily AR activities, ensure timely collections, and resolve payment discrepancies. You will collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service to streamline processes and improve cash flow.

The role requires 3+ years of business-to-business collections experience, proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs), and ERP system familiarity, preferably SAP. Strong communication, accuracy, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial collections (B2B) and AR management.
• Experience using ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and posting to the general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Investigate non-payment and payment discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
• Support month-end and year-end close by reconciling AR accounts.
• Generate and distribute invoices accurately and on time; issue reminders as needed.
• Monitor AR aging and identify overdue accounts.
• Provide data for management reporting.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Advise collectors/management on payment issues and corrective actions.
• Handle multiple tasks with prioritization.
• Assist AR team with collecting invoice payments as needed.
