Job summary

Energy Systems Southeast, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily AR activities, process customer payments, issue invoices and statements, and maintain accurate customer records in MAS/Sage 100.

You will respond to inquiries, perform daily collections when needed, monitor delinquent accounts, and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Accounting to resolve billing issues, while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong math, typing, and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and current customer accounts.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements and respond to requests.
• Respond to daily calls and emails regarding payments and invoices.
• Set up new customers in MAS and maintain customer information.
• Research and correct account discrepancies and delinquent invoices.
• Monitor AR activity and coordinate with Sales/Operations/Accounting to resolve issues.
