The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts receivable, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software. This full-time position offers base salary 50k–60k depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or related accounting role.
• B2B environment experience; distribution industry a plus.
• Proficient with spreadsheet software and accounting systems.
• Bilingual skills or AI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts by tracking payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process incoming payments and ensure transactions are recorded correctly in company systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and assist with inquiries.
• Review account activity to identify and resolve payment discrepancies and billing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account maintenance, credit activities, and customer service needs.
