Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to oversee AR operations, billing, and collections in the Bay Area. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance while supporting month-end close and reconciliation processes.

The role requires strong AR skills, proficiency in Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Knowledge of AR, reconciliations, journal entries, collections, and general accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with accounting software and payment-processing platforms preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, cash application, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and conduct collection efforts on past-due accounts.
• Process and track customer payments while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and general ledger analysis.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership review.
• Audit delinquent accounts and coordinate collection activities when necessary.
• Process recurring partner/vendor payments and specialized billing programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting across multiple systems.
