• Process and reconcile incoming payments while maintaining accurate customer account records.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with reporting and analysis related to receivables.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, customer service, and sales teams to resolve account issues and improve processes.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AR-related journal entries.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls.
