Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Knowledge of AR, reconciliations, journal entries, collections, and GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with accounting software and payment-processing platforms preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Manage all accounts receivable activities including billing, collections, cash application, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and collect on past-due accounts.
• Process and track customer payments and maintain financial records.
• Support month-end close activities including AR reconciliations and GL analysis.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership review.
• Audit delinquent accounts and coordinate collections as needed.
• Process recurring partner/vendor payments and specialized billing programs.
• Ensure timely data entry and reporting across multiple systems.
