• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and account reconciliation.
• Experience supporting retail customer accounts.
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Proven ability to work through high-volume, complex account cleanup projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to independently research issues and determine root causes.
• Experience handling large datasets and transactional volumes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, reconcile, and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies.
• Review large-volume retail customer accounts, including accounts with thousands of transaction line items.
• Investigate aging balances, payment issues, deductions, and account variances.
• Identify data inconsistencies, missing information, and reconciliation gaps.
• Clean up historical account issues and ensure accurate account balances.
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve outstanding account concerns.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize, analyze, and validate large datasets.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization in the retail industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Reconciliation Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys digging into complex account issues, and has a strong investigative and analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, reconcile, and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies.
