Clark National Accounts, LLC. is expanding its Accounts Receivable team and seeks motivated AR Specialists to manage receivables, reduce aging, and resolve payment issues while building strong customer relationships.

You will engage customers via calls and emails and help drive AI-powered process enhancements as we modernize our receivables ops. This role is in-office 2 days per week in Lititz, PA, with opportunities for professional growth in a growing organization committed to

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable, collections, credit or related finance experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing customer portfolios, collecting balances and resolving disputes.
• Experience supporting AR transformation, process improvements and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection tasks for overdue invoices with independent judgment.
• Establish and update customer records and reconcile accounts.
• Suggest modifications to customer accounts and coordinate collection procedures.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain reporting tools.
• Negotiate and formalize payment plans; initiate legal actions if required.
