Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Wisconsin to join a family-owned organization with a stable, growing portfolio. You'll manage day-to-day AR tasks, apply payments, and help maintain accurate customer accounts.

This role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 to $48,000 USD and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or a related accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including applying customer payments received by check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, account adjustments, and customer inquiries while maintaining accurate account records.
• Prepare bank deposits, process credit card transactions and refunds, and assist with customer account reconciliations.
• Partner with internal teams on collections, outstanding balances, and account resolutions to support timely payments.
• Prepare and review monthly reports, maintain organized financial documentation, and assist with additional accounting duties as needed.
