About The Role

Our dynamic Sales team is seeking individuals to join as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you'll work with new prospects and warm leads to set appointments for our Account Executives. Your efforts will help increase interest in our products among insurance professionals by demonstrating their benefits. You'll experience team spirit daily and play a key role in helping clients achieve their professional goals. Success can lead to career advancement and financial growth.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, with an OTE (On-target earnings) of $70,000 to $80,000 in the first year.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Develop opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up
  • Use HubSpot to document activities
  • Prospect to C-Level Financial Advisors and Insurance Agencies
  • Maintain knowledge of company products
  • Build rapport and trust-based relationships
  • Be resilient and persistent
  • Attend sales training and team meetings
  • Achieve sales goals and targets
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Ensure a private, distraction-free workspace
  • Be available during scheduled work hours
  • Have internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up
