Ben E. Keith Company is seeking an Office Route Reconciliation professional to reconcile driver routes and deposits from routes returning to the depot.

You will audit product returns against customer invoices, review route driver paperwork for cash handling compliance, and perform daily posting of cash receipts to accounts receivable following BEK procedures. This role supports accurate cash management and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in an accounting environment.
• Wholesale food service distribution experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills, including 10-key by touch and alpha-numeric input.
• Ability to learn and use internal applications.
• High School Diploma.

Responsabilités

• Audit product returns against adjustments on customer invoices to ensure accuracy of product counts upon return.
• Review route driver paperwork to ensure drivers are performing cash handling procedures according to BEK operational guidelines.
• Perform daily posting of money received from drivers to A/R and make deposits according to cash management procedures, ensuring the security of funds.
