Job summary

Clark Beverage Group is seeking a Route Settlement Specialist to verify drivers' paperwork, bank deposits, and full-service bags. The role reconciles daily routes from multiple locations and supports related clerical tasks.

Hours are 11 a.m. to close of business, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 2+ years of office experience with strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate desktop computer and software for reconciliation of routes.
• Proficiency with Excel is a plus.
• Count cash.
• Verify checks are filled out correctly, signed, and stamped.
• Operate adding machine and set up spreadsheets in Excel.
• Check for PO numbers, customer signatures, store stamps and DSD sheets.
• Scan paperwork to shared folders for Route Settlement and other departments.
• Handle Windows-based computer systems and clerical tasks.
• Interact professionally with supervisors, route drivers, and staff.
• Prepare deposits for delivery to the bank.
