Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with four years related experience and/or training.
• Experience handling accounts receivable processes and financial data entry.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel for AR reporting.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and generate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and records customer payment transactions to maintain accounts receivable records.
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with supervisory support.
• Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
• Reconcile revenue accounts monthly and prepare AR reports.
• Create reports on customer accounts and maintain documentation using electronic systems.
• Draft communications for past-due accounts and coordinate collections as needed.
