Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Operations Clerk II in Harleysville, PA to support accounts receivable research, data integrity, and dispute resolution across SAP and ERP systems.

You will investigate billing discrepancies, create work orders, and resolve customer compliance issues while collaborating with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years of AR/operations experience, or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on ERP experience is required.
• Strong analytical mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
• High autonomy navigating multiple software platforms with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve AR issues, billing disputes, and inquiries with high accuracy.
• Create and process work orders for quoted jobs and installations in SAP per project requirements.
• Review and cleanse operational and customer order data across systems.
• Identify root causes and implement resolutions when orders are non-compliant.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet requirements.
• Perform routine and non-routine administrative tasks to support branch workflow.
