The role is four days onsite per week with Friday remote, requiring hands-on leadership, backlog clearance, enhanced collections, and durable processes to support continued cash flow and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts receivable with leadership experience.
• Experience addressing AR backlogs and aging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead while executing day-to-day AR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of AR backlog and aging balances.
• Lead collections efforts to improve cash flow.
• Analyze aging to identify problem accounts and root causes.
• Collaborate with AR team to improve follow-up and account management.
• Develop and implement consistent AR procedures and controls.
• Provide hands-on support during acquisition and integration.
