L.K. Jordan & Associates in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the receivables process, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong cash flow by implementing effective policies.

The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is based at the corporate office. You will manage AR operations, credit checks, and customer billing while coordinating with Sales and Operations to optimize collections and accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 5+ years AR experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of accounts receivable or credit/collections experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, billing, and collections.
• Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks software.

Responsabilidades

• Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding invoices
• Develop and maintain collection policies and procedures
• Work closely with customers to resolve payment issues and establish payment plans if needed
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to resolve customer billing issues
• Maintain positive relationships with key customers
• Support contract and pricing accuracy in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Prepare AR reports, including aging, collections status, and cash flow forecasting
• Conduct credit checks and analyze credit reports to evaluate customer creditworthiness and manage financial risk
• Enter daily payments in QuickBooks and Tempworks
• Maintaining tracking in Excel spreadsheetsProcess credit card payments.
• Analyze trends and identify areas for process improvement
• Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to reduce outstanding receivables
