Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage day-to-day AR activities, apply payments, and maintain accurate customer accounts within our ERP system. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on billing experience who can research discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers.

You will reconcile accounts, process credit memos, monitor aging, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system.
• Experience with cash application, account reconciliations, and customer collections preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers regarding account issues and past-due balances.
