Job summary

Orkin, a Rollins company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Invoicing Analyst for the National Accounts department. You will ensure invoice accuracy, manage AR balances, and optimize cash flow while collaborating with internal and external customers on billing matters.

The role emphasizes strong Excel, G/L knowledge, and experience with JDE, BOSS, and FOCUS to maintain correct invoicing and revenue recognition. A fast-paced environment and a commitment to high-quality service are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Basic experience with Accounting, Customer Service, G/L, and AR Systems
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Basic knowledge of JDE
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Set an example of professionalism amongst peers
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with Orkin’s customers and internal teams
• Maintain timely turnaround for adjustments, requests, or inquiries (≤48 hours)
• Ensure all actions are noted on the account in JDE
• Reconcile AR detail accounts, initiate adjustments to maintain proper AR balances and recognize revenue in the GL
• Manage accounts in JDE, BOSS and FOCUS for accurate billing, A/R and revenue
• Analyze AR portfolio to maximize cash realization and minimize delinquencies and write-offs
• Ensure payments are applied with proper documentation from the customer
• Resolve AR issues with customers via calls, emails, and letters
• Review invoice data before release to ensure correct invoicing per contract terms
• Inform management of potential issues affecting customer satisfaction
• Process adjustments timely to keep accounts well-maintained
• Review daily cash batches to confirm correct fund application
• Follow collection processes and recommend suspensions to minimize revenue risk
• Assist internal/external customers with billing, revenue, GL, services, contracts, and cancellations
• Assist with special projects as assigned
