Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts and ensure timely collection of balances. This remote role supports cash flow and customer satisfaction by resolving billing issues and collaborating with internal teams.

You will analyze aging, negotiate payment arrangements, and document activities to meet or exceed collection goals while maintaining professional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Commercial Collections, Credit & Collections, Customer Financial Services, or related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of commercial accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of balances.
• Proactively contact customers regarding past-due balances via phone, email, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve payment delays, billing concerns, disputes, and discrepancies.
