Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Invoicing Analyst to ensure accurate invoicing, pricing, and frequencies per contract terms. You will perform AR reconciliations, manage accounts in JDE and related systems, and support cash flow optimization.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in AR, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, and knowledge of JDE. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely communication with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of AR experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and customer service.
• Basic experience with Accounting, Customer Service, G/L, and AR Systems.
• Basic knowledge of JDE.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Set an example of professionalism amongst peers.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain timely turnaround for adjustments and requests (≤48 hours).
• Ensure actions are noted on the account in JDE and reconcile AR balances.
• Manage accounts in JDE, BOSS and FOCUS to ensure correct billing and revenue.
• Analyze AR portfolio to maximize cash realization and reduce delinquencies.
• Ensure payments are applied properly with proper documentation.
• Resolve AR issues via calls, emails, and letters.
• Review invoice data prior to release for accuracy.
• Inform management of potential issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Ensure correct invoicing per contracts and terms.
• Process adjustments to maintain clean accounts.
• Review daily cash batches for accurate fund application.
• Follow collection processes and consider suspending accounts to minimize revenue loss.
• Assist internal and external customers with billing, revenue, G/L, services, and cancellations.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
