Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve requests, disputes, and complaints from customers via email or phone.
• Process reconsignments and freight terms disputes in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate responses to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Oversee email management system and route requests per procedures.
