Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. is seeking an Interline Specialist located near several U.S. hubs.

You will manage interline partner relationships, daily revenue splits, and open AR while aiding customer service. The role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and ownership of a key business area with visible impact. Candidates should have AR exposure and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• One year of Accounts Receivable experience desired but not required.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of principles and practices in transportation and freight industry.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access.
• Willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Daily revenue splitting and report generation for Interline Partners revenue.
• Maintain and manage open AR for Interline Partners.
• Assist Accounts Payable with interline payment and partner invoice questions.
• Assist with customer calls and emails.
• Coordinate with partners to obtain approvals for additional services.
• Collaborate cross-department to prevent misroutes.
• Provide documentation for invoicing to partner carriers.
• Review partner charges and rates against contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
