Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced hardware engineering leader to design AR display ICs and manage a team of digital and physical designers in Vancouver, WA. The role involves RTL design, verification, and implementing flows for GDSII, with emphasis on DFT, timing, and IP integration.

You will guide tool configuration, automation, and staff hiring, while contributing initially as an individual contributor before the team expands. Strong Cadence and Mentor tool experience is expected.

Qualificações

• BSEE or MSEE required.
• 10+ years in physical design/digital implementation.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role.

Responsabilidades

• Design display ICs for AR as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Lead RTL-based design, verification, and physical implementation flows.
• Manage a small team of digital designers and physical design engineers.
• Execute RTL-to-GDS and continuous improvement of flows.
• Perform DFT insertion, floorplanning, place-and-route, timing closure, and physical verification.
• Configure tools and create automation; hire and onboard new staff.
• Initially contribute as individual contributor until group expands.
