Job summary

Accenture Flex in San Jose, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our on-site AR hardware program. You will review devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on setup and user assistance during events and trials.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, collaborating with engineering to improve devices, and developing simple scripts to automate setup and diagnostics. A HS diploma is required, with at least 1 year in technical support, hardware preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in technical support.
• Preference for hardware experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with device testing and validation of AR hardware.
• Document issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them.
• Prepare devices for programs and events.
• Provide on-site support during events and user setup.
• Create and maintain user support docs and troubleshooting guides.
