Job summary

Accenture Flex employees work onsite in their local metro area, with a focus on logistics and technical support for AR devices. The role involves receiving shipments, device preparation, and remote/in-person user support during events and user studies, while maintaining asset records and creating support documentation.

Minimum 1 year in technical support with hardware experience is preferred, along with familiarity with help desk systems. This position is 100% onsite in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably with hardware experience.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and process packages at the mailroom and loading dock.
• Provide remote and in‑person technical support for AR devices during events and studies.
• Create and maintain records for AR devices in the asset tracking tool.
• Develop user support documentation and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
