Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a QA/IT professional to support device studies on site. You will set up devices, load apps, and act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting, while collaborating with engineers to improve test coverage and maintain test assets.

Ideal candidates have Android ADB/Fastboot experience, iOS troubleshooting, and strong communication skills, with readiness to travel internationally if needed. This is an onsite role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA or IT role.
• Experience troubleshooting Android through Android developer tools (ADB & Fastboot).
• Experience PC/Mac/Mobile recording software.
• Familiarity with UX and usability research and methods.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Stage and set up devices for studies on field or onsite.
• Load software onto devices using Android developer/tools commands and scripts.
• Provide accurate, time sensitive solutions to researchers.
• Act as main POC for device troubleshooting.
• Maintain repository of manual test scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve test coverage; coding not required.
• Manage asset tracking for test devices and field equipment.
• Use ticketing system to track and resolve device issues.
• Build relationships with QA staff within VR platforms.
• Travel may be international.
