Overview

Vaco is partnering with a global manufacturing company and is seeking an AR Specialist to join their growing finance team.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for account inquiries and payment-related issues.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies on outstanding invoices.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely collection and resolution of customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate account reconciliations and ensure financial records are up to date.
• Support the preparation of internal reports and analysis related to receivables.
• Assist with period-end activities and provide documentation for audit purposes.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
