Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the global AR, credit, and collections functions for our consumer products business. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Logistics to manage cash flow, set credit strategy, and improve order-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit, and/or Collections.
Strong experience evaluating customer creditworthiness and managing credit risk.
Experience establishing and managing customer credit limits and payment terms.
Strong understanding of AR aging and collection strategy.
Experience managing and improving DSO.
Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and cash application.
Experience working within the complete order-to-cash lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the organization's global Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Cash Application, and Order‑to‑Cash operations.
Set strategic direction and day-to-day execution for AR and credit functions.
Monitor aging, DSO, CEI, bad debt, collection performance, and provide forecasting.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain to balance customer relationships with controls.
Drive automation and reporting improvements across AR processes.
Lead and mentor the AR/Credit team to high performance.
