Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in Union, NJ. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, timely invoice collections, and accurate financial records with strong negotiation skills.

Requirements include a 3+ year AR/Collections background, Associates degree or equivalent, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC is a plus; the position is full-time and on-site in Union, NJ.

Formación

Associates Degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of AR/Collections/Credit or related accounting experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus.

Responsabilidades

Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and negotiate payment resolutions with customers.
Maintain customer relationships and manage AR accounts.
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and account discrepancies.
Monitor payment trends and identify collection risks.
Document communications and collection actions in the ERP system.
